Were moving from out of state so that can be tricky but not for them!! It was a breeze. When home buying is typically super stressful, our experience with Brittany, Tristan, and the team were opposite. We have felt taken care of the whole time. Not a great home selling experience. The Wolek group suggested we sell for less than we wanted. We had offers immediately because it was under priced, then were basically forced to take a low offer. (Three offers came in a week, but they only showed us two) The Title company they used sent out closing funds to the incorrect bank account causing a delay we weren't accounting for in the close of our new home. This experience caused us to loose thousands of dollars. I do not recommend.
