As first time sellers, we reached out to Ryan when we needed to find another agent and needed his opinion before we could finalize him. Our current agent said they would support us in the meantime. He mislead us to think his investor wants to buy. We naively shared address with him and he used the information to get to our agent and forward our consultation message to them without our consent. This is highly unprofessional behavior in my opinion as agents are supposed to be working for their people and not conniving with other agents. We are glad we never had to work with him nor will ever. He never btw gave us a second opinion or his skills etc in the area. We did learn our lesson as newbies to involve our agent directly instead of trying to find a trustworthy agent on our own. Hope this review helps someone avoid such shocking behavior when making life's biggest transactions.
