The Trusted Property Advisors

"Tammy is an ideal real estate agent. She is honest, client focused, sets realistic expectations, follows up on time, knows the local real estate market, understands finance and tax implications much better than most agents, has very good local connections on a wide array of topics from financial to construction to contractors. She understands the mind set of both buyers and sellers and how to meet both parties' goals. If we purchase of sell a property in the Granbury area (50 mile radius), we will come to her first.

Thank you for your help and support with our move and home purchase. ?? You are seriously the best!!! Granbury Agent Tammy Dill

Tammy was awesome, she was going through some of her own family issues but never blinked when it came to helping us out with several questions, she was always there for us.

"Fifth time to use Tammy Dill. I would totally do it again."

"Tammy Dill responded to everything we asked of her in a timely, experienced, and professional manner in what I believe was an unusual transaction. She made us feel at ease about the entire process, and as a result, we feel fortunate to have worked with her."
