When I decided to move to Minnetonka, Gerhardt jumped right in and created a personalized broad map search upon all my crazy requests. He kept me updated with all houses on market first hand and analyzed the pros and cons professionally, 24-7. He is a real estate agent you can fully rely on, he does all above and beyond a customer could ask for. He is a great listener, sincere adviser, and only wants the best for his clients---get the dream house they want. He also works with an amazing team from inspector, mortgage company, to insurance company...etc, he gets your back at the very best price! That said, after I did my comparisons, his deals are still always the best. I was also impressed how his team gets paper work approved efficiently and flawlessly. Before I never would had thought that a right real estate agent could possibly help me save and make things easy, and Gerhardt is the one. All I can say is that I am forever thankful for having him helped me through out the whole process, I got the house I am in love with and with a purchase price below market price. A++ agent, I am fully satisfied!

This was our first home purchase and Gerhardt walked us through everything. He really made the process feel as comfortable as possible for us. From the first meeting down to the closing he was always genuinely trying to help in any way possible. He was always very responsive and open to what our interests were. Gerhardt went above and beyond for us by handling our requests even while out of town on family vacations; it is because of this specifically that we are in the home we are in now! He even handled our second thought crazy requests so well. I had a few back and forth moments I thought would for sure be annoying, but never once did I feel any negativity from Gerhardt. Overall, he really helped us enjoy becoming first time home buyers and I have already recommended him to others I know interested in buying!
