The Toril Sells Houses Team

Lisa was the Agent for the seller of a home I purchased. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and guide me in the right direction, when she didn't have to. Her team was accessible and responsive. I recommend her team!

My wife and I are currently contemplating on purchasing a new home. We got in contact with Valinda and we are here to say; what a professional she is! She is vehemently knowledgeable regarding the housing market in this area and is always prepared for any question. She knows her product (s). Not to mention she is a total sweetheart. If anyone on here is giving her any bad reviews, trust me, the problem is theirs not Valinda's. We know the REAL Valinda and she's the type that will put others needs before hers. You rock Valinda!

Toril Sells Houses, Toril goes beyond expectations. Both Toril and Soren were absolutely the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Can't say enough about the curticy, exceptional service, and thoughtfulness . They made things right, sacrificed even. I highly recommend this team. Toril and Soren we thank you.

Valinda's knowledge of the area and her understanding of the step by step real-estate process immediately gave us the advantage we were looking for to purchase a new house. Her dedication toward our goal was evident from the start. What I found most helpful was when I had a question, and I had a lots of questions, she was always available and able to quickly get me the answer. This process allowed me to develop a very high level of confidence in Valinda and put me at ease ready for the next step. Her awareness of the local real-estate market also allowed us to enjoy top dollar, by square ft, in our neighborhood. Buying and selling a home can be a daunting undertaking but Valinda made this a great experience for us. Thank you!!

Lisa is very knowledgeable in the process of buying a home. We were set on a highly desirable community with a few aEURoemust-haves.aEUR? She was able to find us the perfect home and even though there was another offer, she worked FOR us to get us the house. When we move again, Lisa will be our agent!!
