McClain sold my condo that my son was living in. I am not familiar with the area and didn't know any realtors in the area but McClain marketed herself by sending me a flyer almost every month of the sales activity in the complex so when it got time to sell, she was the first and only call I made to a realtor. She helped us with a handyman to make minor repairs and did a great job during the closing process dealing with buyer's demands before closing. The whole process was seamless from my end. I never had to travel 200 miles to check on anything. Everything that needed handling was arranged by McClain.
