The Summit Group of the Carolinas

I selected Emily as our Realtor based solely on her reviews and bio because I didn't know any Realtors in the NC mountains. Boy did I get lucky! Emily got in touch with us very quickly, and after getting some information on what we were looking for, immediately set up a group of listings for us to see. Since we lived over 5 hours away, she put in many long days showing listings so we could see as many as possible in a few days. Emily was so patient as we fine-tuned our desires by seeing nearly every property in our budget! As she got to know our preferences she added listings and could accurately predict when we wouldn't like something. She showed us so many great listings we almost had trouble narrowing it down, but with Emily's guidance we ended up with the perfect charming mountain cottage!

We had a great experience with Emily Farthing. She helped us sell a longtime family asset. Her local knowledge of was very impressive. From pricing, marketing, contract negotiation, coordination, response to our needs Emily was a true professional. Would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home in the high country.

Excellent! Emily went out of her way to help us in anyway she could. We live out of state and she advised us and made everything smooth for the selling process.

Exceptionally poor communicator!!!

Emily Farthing is the best realitor Imaginable. Dispite the multitude of complexities of selling my fathers home from Maine Emily helped me negotiate them and never gave up. Her knowledge of how to proceed and stay the course resulted in a sale that three other realtors could not make happen. The is the absolute best.
