Matt was a great agent to work with; he's very quick in both arranging for us to see a house, and once finding the house he drafted all the necessary paperwork that very day. He's very knowledgeable, and is a good negotiator, working with the seller's realtors for us to find a deal we were happy with. He's also open about his opinion on a house; if he sees something he doesn't like he will point it out; and share his opinions pretty openly. We looked at houses where he was like "let's not. It's not a good match for your family." Matt is also a great person to talk to, and I have learned a lot during the process of finding a home. We now have a house we are very happy about, and we're very thankful we met Matt to guide us through the market and the whole process.

Matt made my first home buying experience pleasant. He knows a lot about houses. He will crawl underneath it if he has to. He has a lot of knowledge in how to negotiate with the sellers. I couldn't have found a better agent. I am so happy with my new house. He really did a good job. I told him I will use him in 5 years when I buy my next place.
