Working with Tami and the entire Simms Team was the best real estate purchase experience my wife and I have ever had! Their focus is always on what is the best situation for you and not for them. Rob never sugarcoated anything and gave us honest and truthful information so we could make the best buying decision for us. The best way to describe it is that from our first meeting through the closing we were made to feel that we were members of the Simms family, not simply people looking to buy a house. If there ever comes a time for us to sell or purchase a home again we wouldn't even consider using anyone else!

I have purchased property from coast to coast. I have had good realtors and some not so good. Never have I had a person as responsive and thorough as Tami Sims. Most realtors are helpful right up until closing and then they get their commission and move on to the next client. Tami has stayed with us through all the challenges of lining up help for cleaning and even tiny repairs. She is stunningly customer focused. Tami is pleasant, personable and has communication and anticipation skills far beyond any realtor I have employed. I almost never had to ask a question as she provided the information before I thought of the questions. She is a gem of a person and real joy with which to work.

Tami provided us with regular, comprehensive market analyses, so when the time came we could properly price the house. Whatever hiccups arose -- and there were some big ones -- Tami and her team methodically dealt with them. At times it seemed Tami spent so much time tending to the house that she might have saved time by sleeping there! Transparency and regular communications were a constant in our relationship. Tami helped find someone to stage the house and commissioned beautiful, professional pictures for the web posting. Ultimately, the house quickly sold for over asking price once is got on the market. In addition to her consummate professionalism, Tami is delightful to work with. We were very lucky to have had Tami and her team stewarding us through the process. I could not recommend anyone more highly.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this realtor. Throughout our interactions, I felt that I was treated unfairly and judged because of my personal beliefs. A professional in real estate should treat every client with respect and impartiality, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. Buying or selling a home is a major life decision, and no one should ever feel discriminated against or unwelcome for who they are or what they believe.
