The Serviss Group with RE/MAX Elite

When we bought a home in Lake Stevens, Nicole and her team were instrumental in helping us understand what we could get with our budget. Her team was well organized, and on top of all deadlines that needed to be in front of us in a particular moment. Additionally, they helped us to understand What our expectations should be in a particularly volatile moment in the housing market.

Nicole and her team are absolute rock stars. We had a complicated situation to work through. She helped us find the best path forward, gave solid advise, was a skilled negotiator, and was a tenatious advocate for us throughout the processes. We are so glad that our paths crossed and Nicole was exactly the person we needed at this point in our journey. 10/10 would recommend.

Brittany is an incredibly positive, always-smiling, and highly energetic individual whose enthusiasm is truly contagious. Her proactive approachaEUR"especially in promptly sending us listings, gathering reviewers, negotiating with buyers aEUR"was phenomenal. The personal touch she brought to every interaction immediately reassured us that we were in excellent hands, which meant the world to us during our cross-country move. Thank you for representing us, Brittany.

Nicole did a fabulous job at finding us our new home. A lot of the process we were not in person for, due to living out of state. But Nicole stepped up and made it all work for us. She is attentive, full of knowledge, super smart, reliable, fun to be around, and at the end of the day, she gets the job done! We highly recommend Nicole Serviss!

My wife and I were referred to Nicole Serviss, and we couldn't be happier with our experience buying our first home in Lynnwood. From the very beginning, Nicole and her team were incredibly organized and knowledgeable, but what really stood out was how they truly treated us more like a neighbor than just a client. Nicoles expertise was invaluable throughout the entire process. She and her team handled all the details, from managing contracts and attending inspections to proactively monitoring the closing timeline and ensuring every milestone was met on time. We especially appreciated Nicoles honest feedback and her intuition when it came to reviewing all the documents. They are fantastic communicators and were always quick on the draw whenever we had a question or needed an update. Its rare to find a team that makes the process feel this simple and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend Nicole and her team to anyone looking for a personable, professional, and highly capable realtor!
