Having dealt with less than helpful realtors in the past, I was hesitant about working with someone for my move to Austin. Dallas completely turned my perceptions around. From the start of my search process, he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He checked in with me often and sent me options through email regularly. I had to commute back and forth from DC to Austin and he communicated with me unfailing to make sure we made the most of my time in town. When I finally found a place I liked, he aggressively worked on my behalf to get the best price and negotiated several extra incentives so that I saved over $12K off of the asking price.
