The Scout Residential Team at Compass

I had the opportunity to work closely with Liza during the sale of my mother-in-laws home in Old Westbury and the purchase of her new home in Roslyn. As one of her advisors throughout both transactions, I was involved every step of the way and had a front-row seat to Lizas professionalism, market knowledge, and commitment to her client. From the initial pricing and marketing strategy through negotiations, contract, and closing, Liza handled every detail with confidence and expertise. She successfully navigated the sale of a high-value property while simultaneously helping my mother-in-law find and purchase the right home for her next chapter. Both transactions were remarkably smooth, well-organized, and executed with a level of care that exceeded expectations. What impressed me most was Lizas ability to listen, understand my mother-in-laws specific needs, and tailor her approach accordingly. She was responsive, strategic, and always available to provide guidance when decisions needed to be made. Her knowledge of the local market and strong negotiation skills gave us confidence throughout the process. I would highly recommend Liza to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a true professional who delivers exceptional service and outstanding results.
