We met Ricki at an open house and we instantly knew we wanted to work with her in finding our Home. Home buying is an incredibly daunting process. Its even more so when youre a single mom. From the start, Ricki made sure I was prepared to be a competitive, pre-qualified buyer so that I wouldnt look for something that was out of my reach financially. Ultimately I decided to go for a new construction build and Ricki was right by my side throughout the 9 months it took to build, checking in with me and the construction team. At closing I realized I had gained much more than just a realtor, I have a wonderful new friend!

Alyssa was great, as was Hilary and Moses from the Schiff Home Team. She was really helpful and very responsive. She's a very a friendly person that's easy to talk to. We were able to get the house we wanted as first time homebuyers. Even when the seller's agent was slow to respond Alyssa was always quick to respond and answered all of our questions. We looked at a lot of houses in Baltimore and Alyssa was very patient while we worked to find a house we really liked that was in our price range.
