The Saritte Harel Team

We couldnt be happier with our experience selling our home with the Saritte Harel Team! This is a top tier, top talent team and they led a seamless process with great guidance, communications and strong negotiations getting us the best offer and terms on the sale of our home. We enjoyed working with Stefanie Marcantonio and Saritte Harel is a leader in the industry. We recommend this team without hesitation or reservation.

We were incredibly pleased with the service we received from the Saritte Harel Team for the selling of our home. Their entire team was fantastic every step of the way. They were always available and communicated how each part of the process would move forward. They understood the housing market in our area which allowed us to get an incredible offer that exceeded our expectations. We were glad we chose the Saritte Harel Team for our real estate needs. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for too-notch real estate services!

We worked with Chrissy Schwartz on what turned out to be a very difficult and complex private sale transaction over a 12-month period. Chrissy was with us every step of the way. We originally met Chrissy at an open house early in our search (and before we had a realtor), and ended up using Chrissy to put in an offer. While we were unsuccessful on the first offer, we continued to work with Chrissy and cannot imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. Were certainly not rushing to buy another house, but, when that time comes, there is only one person well call.

I worked with The Saritte Harel tam, specifically with Stefanie Marcantonio. They were super friendly, available, and insightful and helped us rent our home in just a few weeks! It was very easy to work with them and they understood the specific needs of our family. They were very supportive and went above and beyond to help us. I only have positive things to say about them and Stefanie. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Lauren Schraeder and the Saritte Harel Team during the purchase of our new home in Madison, NJ. From the very beginning, Lauren was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly understood what we were looking for. She guided us through every step of the process with professionalism and patience, making what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and seamless. The entire team worked together flawlessly?always responsive, supportive, and proactive in making sure we were comfortable and informed. Their deep knowledge of the local market and commitment to finding the right home for our family really set them apart. Thanks to Lauren and the team, we not only found a home we love but also felt fully supported from start to finish. We couldn?t recommend Lauren Schraeder and the Saritte Harel Team highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Madison, Chatham or Summit areas.
