very good person! She was very professional, if we had a question and she did not knew the answer, she did not lie to me or invent something to make me feel good abaut the home we were looking at or at the deal we were trying to make an offer on. she was sincere and told me, I'm sorry i do not know the answer to your question at the moment, but let me investigate abaut it and ill get back with you immediately. and she did. she also showed us several beautiful houses and never try to rush me or my wife, to get into something we didn't like or something we didn't wanted or failed uncomfortable with, just so she can make a sale and just move on to the next clients. Also one week after the purchase of our new home, we had a problem with the a/c and heater system, it was a cold day during December like in the low 20A?s, I called her and she gladly helped us to contact the extended house insurance warranty company that we purchase with the house. she make sure we were covered and she make sure they were going to cover the claim at 100%. That was days after the closing date. she didn't have to take her time from her clients and family to help us with our problem. she knew that she was not going to get pay any more from us because the deal was alredy close, but she took the time, her time from work and her family to help us and that day was a sunday. if I have a family member looking for a realtor I would recommend her 110%.
