ZillowVERIFIED Kate was great to work with. She was patient with me. Kate showed us every house we asked to look at and worked well with my timeline. When it came to close time, Kate applied the pressure necessary to closing teams to get the deal done.

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home buyers and Kate helped us tremendously throughout the entire process answering any questions or concerns we had at all times. She made what should be a very stressful experience extremely smooth with her calm and professional demeanor. Regardless if you are a first time buyer or you are on your third home I highly recommend Kate Christian to anyone looking for a reliable, experienced and hardworking realtor! We are blessed to have been in our home right before Christmas and without Kates dedication to our deal that would not have happened so fast and efficiently.

ZillowVERIFIED Closed on my house today with Kate Christian. She really listened for exactly I wanted in a house and found the house I wanted with a shop. She worked hard to get me the best deal recommending the best inspectors to help make the buying experience much easier. Thanks Kate for the dedication all the way past closing to even get the house cleaned by a reputable company!
