The Ron Brown Co.

Krystal is a knowledgeable realtor. She was easy to communicate with, honest and most importantly she had my back. She is knowledgeable about the area and is very smart. She is personable and very friendly. I think she is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She made the process of selling my home in Rockport tolerable because it was an emotional process for me.

Krystal did a great job assisting us in our purchase our townhouse in Copano Bay. She checked on us when there was bad weather where we were selling. She made sure the townhome did not have damage when there was bad weather in the area. She was able to change the closing date for us when we wanted to. She did a great job staying in touch with us and answering any questions that came up throughout the process.

Wow! I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Krystal Reid - she was absolutely fantastic to work with on our recent purchase. Our process with Krystal began multiple months in advance of a trip to the area to check out condos and other properties. We began with discovery type conversations via phone and email, chatting through our needs and what we were looking for, recommendations, and additional questions we had about the process. Krystal was top-notch in listening, making thoughtful suggestions, and balancing all of our needs. Without this preparation and care, our limited time in Texas would not have been as productive! When we came in from out-of-state for our whirlwind property tours, Krystal had perfectly orchestrated and timed out our visits and viewings! We were absolutely delighted by her detail, organization, communication, and considerate approach to our time there in Texas. She really went above and beyond with some last minute additions to our list! Krystal closed the loop by helping us negotiate and close on our perfect property. We absolutely would not have ended up where we did without her. Thank you so much, Krystal, for all of our assistance in getting us our vacation and future retirement property!

Krystal was very attentive to all the questions I had. Always kept me posted and no matter the time of the day. She made our property purchase experience smooth and quick. She will most definitely be recommended to others from us ??

We could not have had a better experience working with Krystal. Not only is she incredibly knowledgable about the local market, but the amount that she cares about her clients was apparent in every single interaction we had. Krystal made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process and helped us navigate every up and down along the rollercoaster that is home buying. To say I would highly recommend Krystal is the understatement of the year! 100 out of 10.
