He has been honest and knowledgeable and told us immediately if he thought the property was not a good match for us or if it was - like this one - and advised us on what the next steps would be - making the offer, etc. I felt that he is very knowledgeable of the market and the profession. He volunteered to take videos of the properties we were interested in, so we could just watch them when we could & answered any questions we have afterwards. He has always responded to my texts quickly and answered all my questions (lots of them), even going out of his way to help me with questions about things (like utilities) that were not something a realtor would do.
