The Real Estate Power Houses

Cassandra was wonderful throughout the whole process. She was diligent, helpful and kept in communication with us throughout. I could not have chosen a better agent to help us during this crucial time in our life. She made the process simple, painless and completed the sell of our home while helping us find a new home in record time. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a dependable and knowledgeable agent with superb communication skills and empathic to your situation.

She was available and responded promptly when contacted. Very helpful finding contractors to help us get up to code. Enjoyed working with her. Cassandra suggested things we could do to increase the value of our house and be more competitive with others in the area.

From the moment we started working with Cassandra Spann, it was very evident she had many years of seasoned experience and deep knowledge as a real estate agent. Her communication and negotiation skills are excellent and she always provided the relevant facts necessary so we could make solid and informed decisions. Through her leadership and negotiation skills, buying our dream house and working on selling our current home was made possible. I highly recommend Cassandra Spann for your Real Estate needs.

The best realtor! She works tirelessly to make sure you are taken care of, informed, and prepared throughout the sale and purchase of your home. This is our second time using Cassandra and we would use her again in the future should we move again.

Michael and Casandra helped us purchase a home, they work hard and made sure we found a great home, exactly what we wanted not pushed us just too make a sale, everything was clearly explained and always available day or late at night for any questions we had. We will be asking them when we are ready to sell our other home.
