Aubrey did a fantastic job of keeping me updated on communications with the other realtors and buyers. He explained details of the real estate dealings that I did not understand and was always very prompt with any paperwork that needed to be reviewed or signed. I encountered several setbacks in getting my house ready to sell and taking care of inspection issues, but Aubrey gave me great advice and encouragment in working through them. Aubrey helped me find two houses. The first one didn't work so we worked together again to find the right one. He handled all the inspection meetings, repair negotiations and set up my remote closing so I could continue to work out of state. He took care of all of the details for me. Aubrey is one of the good ones. I started working with Aubrey around 15 years ago when I was flipping houses. Aubrey searched out properties and scheduled appointments and viewings better than any realtor I've used. He was my realtor 12 years ago when I bought my personal home.
