The seller agreed to the buyers requested terms and made substantial concessions in order to facilitate the purchase. However, because the seller was unable to cover the full commission under those terms, the buyers agent chose not to proceed with the transaction. Although the buyers requests had been met, the transaction did not move forward due to the commission arrangement. Its completely unethical for an agent to do this. Thye are not entitled to a standard commission and to kill the deal shoe how greedy this agent is.
