Local knowledge- He was very insightful on up and coming areas of town. He had a lot of personal knowledge and experience to pull from on certain areas of town.Process expertise- was very knowledgeable. If he didn't have an answer he would let us know how long it would take him and would have an accurate answer within that time frame, if not sooner! He was also very good at explaining things to us so we were never caught off guard or left scratching our heads. Responsiveness- looking for a house is a competitive game. Chet was great about seeing a listing, sending it to us and meeting us all with in an hour. Same thing with questions. He would let us know he got the message or call and would get back with an answer, if he didn't know the answer off hand.Negotiation skills- He was very realistic. Always let us know if the price was fair or whether he could negotiate a different price. He was always researching neighborhood prices to make sure he had facts to back his negotiations. Was always respectful of our wishes but always gave his true honest opinion on it when he felt we would benefit from it.
