The Real Estate Group

We have worked with Kristie for several years. She has helped us as both buyers and sellers. Her knowledge and expertise is unsurpassed and she is honest and trustworthy - rare traits these days. We highly recommend Kristy and her team.

Kristie Weaver did an amazing job selling our house (in 4 days!). She is so personable and professional, always looking out for what is best for her clients. She went above and beyond what we expected, making the entire process so easy and a dream come true! We can't recommend her enough!

Outstanding. Very professional yet great human touch! Highly recommended!

Kristie Weaver recently sold our property at the oceanfront, and we could not have been more pleased with her work. She is a true professional and always quick to respond. At every step of the process, Kristie had the expertise and the contacts to get things done on time and on budget. Her sound advice and knowledge of changing market conditions helped us make informed decisions. She also put us in touch with great contractors and helped manage our renovation. Her stagers, landscapers, and entire team made our house look its best. Thank you, Kristie!

We couldnt recommend Kristie enough! She is there for you for every step of selling your home. From the very beginning she was knowledgeable, responsive, and completely dedicated to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She answered every question quickly, advocated for us during negotiations, and always made us feel like we were her top priority. We are so grateful for her hard work and would absolutely use her again and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
