The Real Estate Group, INC

Nikki was OUTSTANDING throughout the entire process!! She let me know exactly every step that would be taken, presented my home with professional pictures that highlighted everything and emailed when offers came in and all the next steps until it was signed and I had sold my home!! Best realtor I have had in 30 years!!

Nikki was so patient and kind while guiding my daughter through buying her first house. Her knowledge and expertise were amazing. I am absolutely convinced her helpful advice on making an offer is what sealed the deal on my daughter's offer being accepted. I am recommending Nikki to everybody I know! Kathy F.

I have nothing but good things to say about this wonderful agent. I had not bought a house in almost 20 years, and as we all know, things are different. Nikki held our hand throughout the entire process, even at times having to use her real estate expertise to hold the hand of the lender to guide us all through some potentially deal-breaking issuesaEUR| all seamlessly and with a huge dose of professionalism mixed with positivity, kindness, and a great sense of humor. If I ever move or sell, she will be the first person I call, and you should too!

Nikki did an excellent job with both my purchasing and selling of my Springfield, IL home. She was clear and concise in explaining the process, from showing to closing and listing to sold. Thanks Nikki
