The Real Estate Group Carolina Properties

Debbie was absolutely fantastic in helping us get our house listed, under contract, and sold. She helped us find an appraiser to figure out our list point, and also recommend a home inspector in order to tackle things before we listed. Unltimately, the house was on the market for 6 days before we had our first, and final offer. Overall time to close was right around 6 weeks, but that was driven by our purchase. Debbie has worked with some of our family members before, and we will absolutely recommend her to anyone we know who plans to list their house.

Debbie was great. She was very helpful, always answered questions, and was always available. We looked at a number of homes, and Debbie was there to greet us for each -- despite us being located over an hour away from her office. We would highly recommend her to anyone who asks.

Debbie not only helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and where, but she helped us set up the sale of our previous house, and helped us negotiate consecutive closing dates as well as a possession maintenance period of our previous house in order to make our move easier. Having now worked with her on a sale and a purchase, plus her having done wonders for other family members, we would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. Robert Pervere

Thanks Ms. Debbie! You made the process a breeze and I appreciate your patience with all the questions of this first time homebuyer!
