The Real Estate Company of Detroit Lakes

Grant was wonderful to work with. Flexible and knowledgeable in home buying and construction work. He took time to work with us to find us the best home we were looking for.

Grant Briard is an exceptional realtor. I was buying in Minnesota after working with realtors in California, and the difference was remarkable. Grants local knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail made me feel informed and supported throughout the process. He listened to what mattered to me, answered my questions, and made a big decision feel much easier. He is second to none, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

I truly enjoyed working with Judy! She was incredibly responsive, professional, and always one step ahead throughout the entire transaction. Her communication, dedication, and genuine care for her clients made such a difference and helped everything go smoothly. Id personally recommend Judy to anyone looking for an agent who is dependable, attentive, and truly committed to her clients success!

Grant has a five star rating for me, he made this process easy. Very nice and genuine person, I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get down to business. His responsiveness was excellent, he never let me hanging, he always responded to me when I had any questions. He has a good negotiation skill, I only had to make one offer and didnt have a counter offer.

Jason did an amazing job answering our questions and showing us houses. We found our perfect home and we owe it all to Jason. I would recommend him to anyone that is a first time home buyer.
