We met Melissa at an Open House she was hosting in Swampscott. We were at the very, very beginning stages of thinking about a move to the North Shore from Boston. We adored her immediately. A few weeks later we kicked off our official search and decided we had to work with Melissa. We were trying to do this quickly and during a pandemic, and she was fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable and well-connected throughout the North Shore. She is a fantastic coach who will tell you the truth no matter what, and make sure any offer you make is a strong one. She is the most responsive and clear communicator Ive ever worked with in real estate or otherwise. Having her represent us during this process was the key element of what made it possible for us to find a home and have our offer accepted in this highly competitive market. We definitely wouldnt be where we are today without her. She loves what she does and it shows.
