It's a bit odd to be leaving a review for a broker on the opposite side of a recent real estate transaction. But the experience working with Torre has stood out to such a degree that I felt it was my duty to ensure others that working with her is the right decision.Torre represented the seller, not us. We were unrepresented buyers. We've done a few real estate transactions on our own and are comfortable with the protocol on simple deals. And without a buyer's agent, we saw a full range of reactions from listing agents during our search. Some were uninterested in dealing with us. This was not the case with Torre. She spent a ton of time on the phone with us, answering all our questions so that we felt comfortable driving 2 hours to come out the next day for a showing. Once on-site, Torre was the ultimate host, she even entertained our two kids while we walked to survey the boundaries of the property. Unreal.We decided to act quickly on this parcel, and Torre had everything laid out step by step (I was prepared for much more legwork). It was the easiest transaction we've ever had. And that is amidst all the COVID-19 complexity. This is a testament to Torre's high professional standards, her true desire for a positive outcome for all parties, and the kindness and generosity she exudes so naturally it actually felt uncommon.
