The Perry Group

We couldnt recommend Brett more! While we ultimately decided it wasnt the right time for us to buy, Brett was was very communicative, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. looking forward to working with him in the future!

Brett was very helpful with navigating the market. We werent sure which homes had been priced properly and Brett had a great process for identifying homes with great value!

Brett is awesome to work with. Hes knowledgable, helpful and really listens to your needs and wants. Id recommend Brett to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Salt Lake County or Utah County.

When it comes to newer agents Brett is a shoo-in for rookie of the year. Friendly and personable enough to enjoy working with but knowledgable and tough enough to do what it takes to make a deal happen. Bretts an agent that you can trust with any transaction or call when you need advice on the market or have questions about potential investments. If you ever have the pleasure of working with Brett I can guarantee he wont let you down!

Working with Brett was great. Although we werent able to close due to personal circumstances he was responsive, attentive, and offered more knowledge than I could have asked for as a young adult trying to purchase my first home.
