As a first-time home buyer I started the process with a lot of nerves and tons of questions, Imad and the Paula Burrows team were with me every step of the way. Imad knows the Lackey, Tumwater, and Oly are well and ensured I saw every house I was interested in seeing. He answered all of my questions about the home buying process, was knowledgeable about the specifics of homes we looked at, provided guidance on what to look for and look out for, offered encouragement and a new approach when I was out-bid, and celebrated with me when we closed. He ensured the process moved as quickly as I wanted it to by being responsive and efficient. He worked well on the team with lenders and escrow and remained calm and focused throughout the process. Overall, Imad is a person you can trust who will always have the best interest of his clients at heart. He wants you to be successful in your home buying process and goes the extra mile to ensure it happens.
