The Nolan Group of EXP Realty

Christopher has been fantastic. He was consistently responsive. He was good offering suggestions and alternative solutions. We looked at many houses an ultimately decided to build. We would not have considered it without Christopher. He continued to support us throughout the build.

Christopher was very helpful, available, knowledgeable in both cities we were working together in. The response from all his team members was immediate & we were always on the same page, no matter who was taking care of the item at the time. The buying & selling side was smooth and quick! I was able to get referrals for any items I needed help with. The overall experience was completely positive & AWESOME! Thank you Chris & entire team!

My husband and I were first time home buyers and working with Brittany was a great decision and experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and absolutely well versed in the field of real estate. She answered all of our questions and concerns in detail and readily made herself available no matter the time of day. We provided her with our wants and needs and she diligently found our dream home and more. In addition, we came into this situation with very little knowledge and was nervous from all the horror stories we?ve heard; however, she made our first home buying process an easy transition. She completely had our back in this entire home buying process which provided us the confidence to move forward without hesitation.

When my lease was up for my rental home Brittany not only found the perfect house that met all of the parameters she made it happen(Close) within 30 days!! If your buying or renting Go with Gough!!!

Brittany stayed vigilant through one of the toughest economic times in the countries history to get my rental filled. This is an important source of income and she used all her resources to ensure that we found a suitable tenant. I will continue to use her in the future.
