Brian is beyond incredible. Of all the trouble we could have had selling our home in Colorado to move to Arizona, I think we had the worst. There were times he was even more helpful and gave us better advice on staging and selling our Colorado home than our realtor in Colorado. He got us the perfect home here in Arizona, a process that took us a year after the trouble we had with our home in Colorado. But he hung with us, never tired of us and devoted days, weeks and months to us. Finally, we got to the walk through of our new home here in Arizona. Brian has incredible knowledge of structural, functional and decorative workings and details of homes. He found a couple issues on our new home that we totally would have missed and had the builder fix them. We moved into a perfect home! If you need to sell a home, Brian is your guy. If you need to buy a home, Brian is your guy, not pushy, intuitive to clients needs and wants, tiger shark at attaining price points that benefit his clients- both sellers and buyers- and "home inspector" knowledgeable through entire building process, walk through, negotiations and finalizing deals.
