My wife and I sold our home in Maryland in 3 days and needed to find a new home in Orlando quickly. Zillow assigned Chris to us and within 10 minutes Chris called me to have a conversation on our needs and what our likes and dislikes are. He quickly went to work and set up an appointment for the next week. The first house wasn't exactly what we wanted, but a couple of days later a house was listed and he booked a showing. My wife was back in Maryland so as I was walking through the home, Chris made a video for my wife and sent it. The home exceeded our expectations so we jumped on it. There were multiple offers on the home and the sellers asked for best and final offers by a deadline date a few days later. Chris strategized with us to determine the best way for our offer to be accepted. In the end we got the home! Chris didn't stop there; since we were out of town buyers he set everything up for us and made sure the process to settlement went smoothly.
