Zillow assigned Chris to us and within 10 minutes Chris called me to have a conversation on our needs and what our likes and dislikes are. He quickly went to work and set up an appointment for the next week. The first house wasn't exactly what we wanted, but a couple of days later a house was listed and he booked a showing. My wife was back in Maryland so as I was walking through the home, Chris made a video for my wife and sent it. The home exceeded our expectations so we jumped on it. There were multiple offers on the home and the sellers asked for best and final offers by a deadline date a few days later. Chris strategized with us to determine the best way for our offer to be accepted. In the end we got the home! Chris didn't stop there; since we were out of town buyers he set everything up for us and made sure the process to settlement went smoothly. Chris communicated quickly with us and made this the most amazing home buying experience we have ever had. Honestly the best possible choice for your buying and selling needs!

ZillowVERIFIED We requested virtual tour of the house at 9:30am, the agent called us the day before to confirm, the next day at 9:45 no call, so when I texted him to see if he is going to call after we confirmed everything the day before, he replies back "I was going to call you at noon, does that time work for you". Of course that time didn't work for us and that's why we requested 9:30am five days earlier, that was also confirmed by him the day before.Will refuse to go with this agent.

Chris made sure to get to know us on a personal level prior to our trip and showings, to ensure he was getting us the dream home he wanted us to have. He was extremely responsive to every call, text, and email even when it was very late in the day or early in the morning. He was even kind enough to organize additional showings at our request, on a day when we had not initially planned on getting together, which we so appreciated since we only had a matter of hours left in our trip to find a home.
