Todd and Linda did an outstanding job selling our house. We would definitely recommend them. They both went above and beyond our expectations. Linda helped us sell items and Todd responded to our questions immediately. Please do not hesitate to use them for your next selling or buying opportunities

When it comes to selling a home I would recommend Gate 12 Real Estate with Todd and Linda Mitchell to everyone! We contacted them a few years prior to putting our house on the market and they helped us with a remodel in preparation for selling. Their recommendations and support helped this stressful situation go smoothly. Then six months prior to listing the house we contacted them again and they provided a comprehensive plan to prepare the house for sale. They have a complete booklet of all the things that need to be addressed to help you get top dollar for your home. They walked us through every step of the process with professionalism that comes with being experts in their field. Todd and Linda Mitchell, Gate 12 Real Estate are people who demonstrate integrity in all that they do. I highly recommend them to anyone considering selling their home or buying a new one. After having my house on the market for 90+ days with another realtor and receiving no offers, I reached out to Todd Mitchell with the Gate 12 team and he was quick to develop a strategy and timeline for getting the house sold. His forward thinking and vast experience was nothing short of impressive and reassuring that he was the right person for the job. Ultimately, the house sold within a few weeks of engaging his services. I cant thank Todd and the Gate 12 team enough and would highly recommend their team for your real estate needs.

What a great experience we has with Todd and Linda with the Mitchell Group. They are both a pleasure to work with, professional, well-organized, and quick to respond to any concerns that may have come up. Our home was over 20 years old and we felt we needed to do some upgrades before put we put it on the market. Todd and Linda were on top of it! They had the people to do the work lined up in no time and were so knowledgeable on what improvements would benefit us. They kept us well informed about the process and from beginning to end, they were by our side offering guidance and reassurance. Todd and Linda definitely went above and beyond while offering great advice. They were able to secure the best possible price, resulting from a bidding war, going far over the asking price. If you are looking realtors who deliver outstanding customer service, look no further, you won't be disappointed!

Ive known Linda and Todd since 2013 when I purchased my very first property through them. Over the past decade, they have helped me purchase multiple properties and have consistently provided invaluable guidance along the way. Most recently, they helped me sell one of my rental properties after the lease ended. Todd and Linda clearly laid out my options: either sell the home as is or invest about $30,000 in updates before putting it on the market. I trusted their advice, went forward with the updates, and ended up earning an additional $50,000 in profit. What impressed me most is how seamless they made the entire process. They managed everything from start to finish including coordinating the updates so I didnt even have to make the trip from San Jose to Fresno to oversee anything. The property hit the market and received multiple offers within days, selling in less than two weeks and closing in under 30 days. Their professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine care for their clients really set them apart. If youre looking for a smooth, stress free, and trustworthy real estate experience, I cant recommend Todd and Linda enough.
