Every so often you come across someone that is not just good at what they do, or even great at it, but so naturally good that it seems like they were born to do it. Sheerlee is one of those people.We happened to run into Sheerlee not once but twice while browsing open houses and were instantly impressed by her style. Very friendly and open, no nonsense, super knowledgeable and willing to share her knowledge and give advice without trying to "hard sell" us or demand anything in return. Besides that, both of her open houses were PACKED, versus the normal open houses we had gone to which were always dead. So after the second chance encounter, we set up a meeting and ended up hiring her to handle both our sale and purchase. Best move we made.So let me keep this real simple. Since youre reading through reviews like this then you're probably where we not that long ago, trying to buy or sell a house (or both!) and completely overwhelmed. You're wishing there was someone out there who could just take the wheel and lead you through the whole process. Friendly and approachable but tough enough to negotiate for you, responsive whenever you call them, patient when you barrage them with questions and issues, knowledgeable of all the millions of little details involved, experienced to know how to handle every situation because they've seen it tons of times before. And most importantly, trustworthy to always advocate for what's best for YOU even if it means steering you away from an "easy win" for themselves. Basically, you're looking for someone that can't possibly exist.Well good news, you just found that someone. Seriously. You're done. Stop reading and call Sheerlee.
