David really went above and beyond for my family and I. From day one he was never pushy and took the time to really explain everything. It was our first time buying a home and we really didn't know what we were doing. He walked us through every step of the way. He brought us a variety of homes to look at, all in our price range and that met as many of our requirements as possible. When we finally found the right place he made the whole process of making the offer, requesting everything we wanted, getting all the inspections done, and asking for credits at the end super smooth and easy. He also made sure we were updated through it all and that we closed everything on time and with ease.
