The Mello Group

We had an awesome experience with Nick as we were navigating first time home buying. He was more than willing to answer (and re-answer) my personal millions of questions. He was honest about helping temper our expectations as well as act as an extra set of eyes for anything that could complicate home purchasing or maintenance. I would highly recommend him as a realtor. We think we've found our forever home, but if that should ever change, we would absolutely work with Nick again.

Nick was wonderful! He suggested great ideas to help sell our house and was very responsive when we had questions or concerns. When the solar panel company and the buyer's lender were being difficult he stepped in and was able to find solutions. He worked tirelessly through open houses, showings, and questions from potential buyers. We always felt supported and confident that he would come through. We recommend him 100%!

Nick Kozak is a patient man. What a journey we went on in a tough budget with not a lot of play. He never gave up which made me not give up. 1 year and 7 months later him and I clawed our way into a home. It was our 40th offer together. We never gave up on eachother and it was a partnership. Not a business relationship. I may have been his toughest test and if he was able to do it with me , he can pull it off with anyone. And I mean that. Thank you, Nick!

Nick ROCKS! Nick is persistent and delivers! He sends matching properties to consider viewing and always checks in! His prompts helped remind me to click on my matches!aEUR|with my zany schedule (at the time) I needed that guidance. Nick found my dream water-view condo! I absolutely, highly, recommend Nick to all my friends and family! Nick is my, and should be your, only choice to buy or sell a home! From old home to new home he will guide you! #NickKozak

Nick was a great choice for us to sell our family home of 27 years. Nick helped us decide what upgrades we should do. He had names for us to call and was always reachable and answered all of our questions. He walked us through the process of all inspections. He is very knowledgeable of pricing and eases your mind when things get stressful. We would recommend Nick Kozak for any of your real estate needs!
