The McCarty Group @ Coldwell Banker Preferred, Realtors

?Working with Laurie McCarty and the McCarty Group was, hands down, the best real estate experience weve ever had. From the moment we first sat down to discuss the listing until the final papers were signed, Laurie and her team were absolute powerhouses. ?Why They Stand Out: ?They didn't just "list" our home; they took over the entire process. As sellers, we were able to step back and breathe because we knew every detailaEUR"from staging and photography to marketing and logisticsaEUR"was being handled by the best in the business. Laurie has an incredible pulse on the market. Her advice on pricing and presentation was spot-on, and it clearly paid off. ?Thanks to their hard work and negotiation skills, we sold for over our asking price. ?If you want a team that is professional, communicative, and fiercely dedicated to getting you the highest possible return on your investment, look no further. The McCarty Group treats your home sale like its their own. We couldnt be happier with the results!

Laurie and her team go above and beyond personally and professionally. They walked me through the entire process and I could not recommend them more.

Excellent! Hailey & the entire Laurie McCarty team helped us find a contractor, advised us on upgrades and staged our house to bring it on the market. We had offers immediately and our house sold above asking in about 15 days. Couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend!

My experience working with Laurie and her team was excellent. When something in the house didn't look right they let us know right away what would work better to sell it. They were quick to get answers to any questions we had. They made the process less stressful for us. I would recommend Laurie McCarty and her team to anyone I know.

I worked with Tish form the McCarty group to list a property I had inherited in Onyx, CA. Tish was EXTREMELY communicative, responsive, and friendly. She provided advice and insight in prepping the property for listing and was an invaluable asset in navigating the process fo selling and working with the title company. VERY satisfied!
