I was lucky enough to have Jason be my realtor as both a buyer and a seller. About 18 years ago, I was looking to buy my first home for my young son. He helped me find a lender, drove all across the Lakes Region showing me homes until I found one in Naples. I put in an absurdly low offer, which was immediately rejected. I wasn't in the haggling mood, so I moved on; but the seller came back a few days later and Jason helped negotiate a deal and that was that. Jason kept in touch every year and I appreciated every Xmas card and calendar. About 2 years ago, during his yearly check-in, I told him I wanted to move and was preparing the house for sale. He came out to see what we had already done and gave insight into what buyers are looking for. Please take note of his recommendations! We worked so hard at making all the important updates and when the time can, Jason worked his magic. The pictures were stunning, the video walkthrough was amazing and the write-up was cute. During the process, Jason responded to every exasperated message I sent immediately between the house going in the market and closing and seemed to take it all in stride. When the timelines changed as I was about to move across the country, he made sure I could sign the papers prior to leaving and kept me informed during my long driving days. Thank you much, Jason! It was nice having you from the literal beginning to end.

Working with Jason was great, as we knew it would be. He helped us purchase our home as first time homebuyers 12 years ago.
