The Lux Group

You wont find a better agent! Sean was knowledgeable and fought for us on a difficult purchase! He researched, followed up, and had amazing communication. I would highly recommend for anyone in the tri-state area.

If youre scared to buy a new home.. dont be!! Sean made our experience so incredibly easy and stress free. Id do it all over again having Sean as our realtor. He jumped through hoops for us to land our dream home. We truly couldnt have done this without him. He was there for us every step of the way. We are forever thankful!! Thank you Sean!! I highly recommend him to all! You wont regret it.

Sean helped us relocate from Utah to Massachusetts in February of 2026. He was able to minimize the stress involved with finding a new home on the other side of the country in an area that we were unfamiliar with. He is very knowledgeable about the area and houses in general. He was also attentive to what we were looking for in a home and was able to weed out a lot of houses that didnt fit our wants and needs. Ultimately, he helped us secure a wonderful home is a beautiful area. Sean is a great strategist and negotiator as well! We would definitely work with him again and would wholeheartedly recommend him to friends and family.

My wife and I could not recommend Sean Nelson more. We just bought our first home and obviously were new to the process. Sean was responsive, thorough, and answered every question we had throughout the home buying experience. He asked important questions to the sellers' agents and his background in residential realty allowed us to get a great perspective on different aspects of each home. Sean was incredibly flexible with regards to my schedule (both weird work hours and a 6-month old babies nap times) and scheduled multiple open-houses/walkthroughs so that we could "knockout" a few nearby homes at once. Again, Sean was on-top of his game, thorough, and great to work with!

We were referred to Sean for our first home buying experience, and we cant say enough good things! Excellent guy to work with! Very knowledgeable and great at communicating what the next steps in the process were and what we could expect, and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Very personable and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
