I've known Matt since what feels like a previous lifetime, so I already knew he was a solid guy with a strong moral compass. What I didn't know was how good he and Abbie would be at surviving our chaos during an out-of-state move. Between schedules, phone calls, paperwork, inspections, and approximately 4,000 questions, they somehow stayed calm, professional, and two steps ahead the entire time. One thing that really stood out was Matt's eye for the structural details and nuances of each home. He noticed things we never would have thought to look for and helped us think beyond paint colors and staging. It was obvious he genuinely cared about helping us make a smart decision, not just closing a deal. At no point did they "sell" us a house. They helped us find the right one, and they were honest about everything along the way. From spending nights and weekends looking at properties, navigating putting offers in, and finally selecting the perfect place & selling our home; the process was smooth and seamless. They gave us guidance on so many things that honestly I have never even had to think about because this isn't a process that one goes through every day. There were several projects that we wanted to do to "get our house ready" before we listed. We were able to have someone we trust look at things through a different lens and show us where to prioritize our money. They even gave us access to their team of handymen to get the work done on our timeline. It truly does pay to have people that not only are experts in the industry and process, but that care so much about their customers outcomes on your side.
