The Local Agents Real Estate LLC

Jimmy and Grace knocked it out of the park! True professionals! Highly recommend!

Both Grace and her husband are professional and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them

Grace is amazing to work with. She helped us with our new build every step of the way. She is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I highly recommend Land Shore Realty!

Yes, my wife is a real estate agent. Yes, she could have handled this real estate transaction. AND, yes, I still hired Grace. Grace made everything simple, smooth, and actually enjoyable. She handled every hurdle like it was nothing and made us feel protected and confident at every step. Grace knows her stuff and works tirelessly. Really above and beyond - top notch professional real estate agent.

Grace is very good at her profession. She has assisted my family twice with selling property at a premium. She is a pleasure to work with and very responsive to the clients questions.
