The Lightman Group

Brian was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He was easy to get in touch with and did a good job finding the answers that we needed ! Brian made the process of buying our home easy!

From the moment we called about the condo we wanted, to final close, Brian was excellent! I would recommend anyone in the Myrtle Beach area use Brian. He has vast knowledge about the area and The market in Myrtle Beach. As well as a good team of people to get the sale done properly. He went above and beyond.

Brian and I worked together long distance I was in upstate New York and Ulster County and he was here in Horry County. Brian was extremely helpful in accommodating my ever-changing circumstance and whims. It's no wonder that he was able to get awards and salutations within 6 months of becoming a real estate broker. I highly recommend anyone interested in buying or selling a home to look him up! He is fair, reliable, engine honest hard-working family man who lives and works in the areas where he shows homes.

Brian just helped us purchase our 2nd home! Responds to all inquiries and requests. Feel totally comfortable purchasing a home from afar with this agent!

Brian helped us find a condo within one month of contacting him. He did this all virtually, videoing condos for us, answering all of my calls and being super responsive. Would highly recommend!
