Phi is a go getter and she is professional, trustworthy, efficient, energetic, knowledgeable, and an experienced pro!! She works tirelessly to help you sell your home and/or buy a home - weve done both with her! I highly recommend using Phi, youll be pleased you did!

Well, we have done it again. We have used Phi-Van Cherry for a 3rd home transaction. In this case, we were selling our aEURoetemporaryaEUR? home that we had purchased while we were looking for our aEURoeforeveraEUR? home. She made some suggestions to improve its marketability. Some we followed, others we chose not to but she respected our decisions. She did some market analysis to help us price the property appropriately. She did all the usual realtor things, took care of the professional photos, MLS listing, paperwork, etc. We listed the property just 2 weeks before Helene, then there were the elections, then the holidays. Not the best time to sell a property. But just a few short weeks into the new year, we had an offer and have since closed. She guided us through the offer acceptance process and we were happy with the final agreement. She has always responded promptly to any questions or requests we had. We would highly recommend Phi-Van Cherry to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in WNC.

Finding a new home is such an important milestone in life, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found Phi-Van Cherry with The Light Realty. We were so fortunate to have had such an amazing realtor by our side throughout the process. Throughout our home search, we never felt rushed, pressured, or like we were just another transaction. Instead, we felt that we had someone in our corner who truly listened, understood what we were looking for, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. What started as a professional relationship felt more like having a trusted friend helping us make one of life's biggest decisions. We are truly grateful for all the time, effort, and care that Phi-Van spent helping us find our new perfect home. It's not often that someone exceeds your expectations so completely, but that is exactly what happened. Thank you Phi-Van for making our experience so special. We couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through this journey, and we would recommend you without hesitation to anyone looking for an exceptional realtor!
