Well, we have done it again. We have used Phi-Van Cherry for a 3rd home transaction. In this case, we were selling our aEURoetemporaryaEUR? home that we had purchased while we were looking for our aEURoeforeveraEUR? home. She made some suggestions to improve its marketability. Some we followed, others we chose not to but she respected our decisions. She did some market analysis to help us price the property appropriately. She did all the usual realtor things, took care of the professional photos, MLS listing, paperwork, etc. We listed the property just 2 weeks before Helene, then there were the elections, then the holidays. Not the best time to sell a property. But just a few short weeks into the new year, we had an offer and have since closed.
