After over 15 years since last buying a house, I was a bit nervous hitting the market again during its peak late last year. Thankfully, I met Doug. He's really the only person you need to purchase a home. He put me at ease during the entire process, put me in touch with all the additional services that you'll need when buying a property (and they were all great) and kept everything cool (especially me!) when my mortgage company and the HOA were dragging their heels. And even though I was just purchasing a 2BR condo, he made me feel as if I was a million dollar client. Can't recommend him enough...
