Elizabeth was very enthusiastically recommended to us by our friends, and we were right to trust their judgement of character. She is very professional but at the same time makes you feel like you are working with a family member who has your best interests in mind and will go out of her way to help however she can, whether it be calling on her own trusted contacts to do some renovation work or making long drives to make sure jobs have been completed. We really felt like we could reach out to her at any time with any questions or concerns and she was very prompt with giving us updates. Communication is definitely one of her greatest strengths! We ran into some glitches (completely unrelated to Elizabeth's work) during closing and Elizabeth diligently stayed on top of the situation to help us bring everything to completion. We would recommend her to any of our friends or family.

We couldnt be happier with our experience working with our realtor, Elizabeth Costa. From helping us successfully purchase our home to now helping us get it ready to rent, she has been absolutely outstanding every step of the way. Her proactive approach, professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to our goals made all the difference. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, proactive, and genuinely cares about her clients! Thank you Eli!

Elizabeth helped me to buy my first home, some may relate as a very exciting yet exhausting treasure hunt. Elizabeth's endless patience, sweetness and compassion, sometimes realtor, sometimes friend and even psychologist, definitely made the difference and I bought my dream house. I chose her again, when the time came to downsize, to help me sell the house. In this case I was selling and looking to buy at the same time. It took us around 2 months to sell for an even better price than expected. Elizabeth helped in the transition to buy again and finally got my beautiful apartment. I recommend her all the way as a trustworthy, patient and diligent agent that will do all in her reach to give you what you need.
