Jaymes and his JW Team did a fantastic job selling my moms house in Austin TX! He and his team expertly managed the sale in a very challenging buyers market. Jaymes closely managed the feedback from the showings and maneuvered our listing to land 2 proposals. With adept negotiating skills he was able land the sale that was amenable to everyone involved.
