Moving from California to Austin required a lot of planning and a great team. Fortunately, I found Gena Carter, Matt Turnage and Alyssa Foster of the JW Team from Keller Williams. Trust and knowledge are very important and from the start, Gena gave me every indication I could trust her suggestions and follow through. Matt had the patience to visit a number of houses with me twice and walk my final neighborhood once (in the mid-day heat) to make sure I was making the right choice. Alyssa did an amazing job ensuring all the loose ends were tied up and that I was informed every step of the way. I am happy to say that we were able to find and close on a great house, in the perfect neighborhood, within about a month of my arrival. I cant recommend them enough to anyone making a local or long-distance move.

I could not recommend Jake and his team (I also worked extensively with Alyssa and Anne) more highly. 5 stars isn't enough! This was my first time buying a home and Jake was incredibly helpful from the get-go. The initial presentation that Jake gives has so many important details about the process and the other folks that he offered to connect me with were also fantastic (there's no pressure, of course, to go with any of their recommendations, but I'm so glad I did!). As we worked to narrow down just what I was looking for, I got only support and enthusiasm for taking my time during this process to make sure I got the place of my dreams! Then, once we found that place :), Jake was an excellent negotiator through a longer-than-normal option period as we worked out some kinks with the HOA at the condo. Throughout all of this, Jake and Alyssa were positive, fun, always available for questions, and made me feel confident that I would get the condo I wanted! And, did I mention that we did ALL of this in the middle of a global pandemic?? Now, a week after closing I couldn't be happier. Thank you Jake, Alyssa, and Anne!!
