The JuanSells.com Realty Co.

Juan was excellent. He knew all of the builders and other people involved in purchasing a home. Anytime I called him he answered right away. He spent time taking me to all of the listings.

Juan was extremely good at helping us buy our first home. He was knowledgeable and transparent about the whole process! He was very flexible in working with our busy schedules to look at homes that were out of the city. We recommend him greatly!!

Juan did a great job. We looked at multiple properties, and he helped me find the best value and helped me weed out the over priced. He definitely has great attention to detail when looking at a home with a prospective buyer. He helped me negotiate a great deal on my new home, that I'm not sure I wouldve gotten with any other realtor.

Juan Carlos Carrasquel was the right choice for us. He was professional in his dealings and ethics, and made the sale of our home go smoothly and kept us informed every step of the way. He was always open to our questions. It was a pleasure to work with Juan.
