Working with Chris and the team as a first-time home buyers was the best decision my husband and I ever made! When my husband was notified of his deployment we quickly found ourselves in uncharted territory with a small window in which we had to buy our first home. My husband and I went to a couple house showings with other agents that made us feel pressured to make a sale, one stayed on the phone in his car the entire time, and another who didn t know the answer to any of our questions. What a relief it was to finally find Chris and the team!!!! We were so glad to have such a knowledgeable and responsive agent on our side (Chris worked during the Superbowl, and he s a big Patriots fan!! That s dedication). When homebuying started to feel more like a chore than fun, Chris helped us realize that the right home was out there and not to stress, we would find it, and we did. Chris knew everything, and when he didn t, he went out of his way to find answers to all our questions (We are first time home buyers using a VA loan, we had A LOT!) by calling reputable vendors that provided us with the ability to make well informed decisions about the properties we were viewing. Another great thing was Chris had a contact for ANYTHING we needed, and he even helped us receive a discount on our home inspection! Chris and the team responded to texts, emails, and phone calls at all hours of the day and night and made the home buying experience feel like we had a friend in the biz rather than working with an agent. Chris was well informed on neighborhood trending prices and offered us great tips for resale ideas as well. This team is veteran friendly and knows how VA loans work, which we did not, and can be very confusing for first time buyers. Chris helped us negotiate to a purchase price we were comfortable with, helped us to get money back at the closing, and after only 3 months after purchase our homes value is worth more than the purchase price. We are so thankful for the hard work and effort Chris and team gave to support us, and we know they are the gold standard for how home buying should be done. We will continue to work with this team for all our future realty needs and hope anyone considering them will too.

I was referred to Joe by my lender, and what a blessing this turned out to be. Joe is great at this. He doesnt treat this as a part-time gig or a side job, this is what Joe does and hes fully invested in his clients and this is evident in his work. Joe guided me through the whole process, answering every question I had, responding to every phone call/email/text right away, and meeting with me on multiple occasions. Buying a home can be stressful and confusing, but Joe managed to make it a pleasant experience. He stays on top of everything, keeps track of every detail, always making you feel like you are his most important client. Ive worked with other agents in the past and I never got the impression that they really cared about my happiness. Joe really does care, and when you meet him you know that hes a genuinely good person.If you are looking for someone to represent your interests, and to make sure that you are protected as you go through the buying or selling process, you wont find anyone more qualified than Joe. Joe helped my husband and I find our forever home in the final weeks of our pregnancy and birth of whom he calls little man . So, as others have mentioned, Joe has earned himself a spot in our hearts and family through his charm and work ethic. It is unmatched! He kept us updated with clear communication, negotiated hard for us to get the best deal possible and made sure that we were making informed decisions every step of the way. First time home buyer or seasoned buying and selling vet-- I would recommend Joe without a doubt. He will keep you at ease through the process and solve any little problem that comes up along the way.
